The Hampton boasts all the key features of the Regal but with larger wings to create a back that looks both neat and elegant. Traditional styling and timeless good looks, complete with a beautiful button back, enable the Hampton to complement a wide range of traditional three piece suites.
There is a choice of standard, waterproof or leather upholstery. We can also produce static chairs and settees with no moving parts to match the style and upholstery of this rise-and-recline chair. When choosing a chair, first choose the mechanism, then the style and finally the fabric. The choice of fabric is unlimited to suit any taste or to match existing items of furniture.

These British made bespoke adjustable chairs are available in a variety of styles/mechanisms:
Wall Hugger chair - a single motor mechanism that lifts and reclines. This mechanism only requires 4-5” of clearance behind the chair to recline.
Trio-Lift - 2 way tilt-in-space, vertical lift and combination single motor action for ease of transfer and carer contact.
Recline Only chair - a mechanism that has a wall-hugger action recline and no lift. The motor is restricted to prevent lift.
Manual Chair - a mechanism that has a wall-hugging action recline. Manually operated by a handle, which can be either situated on the left or right hand side of the chair.
Lift Only chair - a mechanism that has a restricted motor that creates a lift only and not recline.
Dual motor chair - this is a mechanism that operates using 2 motors. One motor operates the footrest of the chair and the other motor operates the back. This means that the footrest and back are operated independently enabling foot up and back up positioning if required.
3 Way Single Motor Chair - a single motor chair that operates the back and legrest together. This mechanism requires 12" - 15" behind the chair to recline.
2 Way Tilt in space chair - the 2-way mechanism ensures a smooth movement going into recline and lift. The angle of the back and seat during these movements remain constant, hence this chair is ideal if you have a back problem and do not wish for the position of your back to change.
FACTORY ADD-ON OPTIONS include:
Relaxor 6 or 10 point massage system, Vasco pressure seating for added comfort, can be fitted within the upholstered seat.
Gel Pressure Seating to avoid point loading and give cumulative relief, Side Transfer Removable Arm to enable easy transfer from a wheelchair into the rise & recline chair, Arm Knuckles decorative but practical wooden arm extensions, Fabric Protection with McKlords treatment to maintain original fabric quality.

ACCESSORIES AVAILABLE include:
Head Pillow - a small pillow that hangs over the back of the chair allowing the user to adjust its position for comfort and support - weighted to keep it in place.
Arm Caps - detachable protective covers that slide over the front of the arms of the chair
Head Cover - an extra cover for the upper part of the back cushion.
